tiffany glassFamily heirlooms can be a wonderful thing to have and can be worth a lot of money. One of the most beautiful things we have in our family that we all love is a Tiffany glass lamp that is said to be worth over $2,000. It's an original Tiffany glass lamp that is in perfect condition. Considering what some antiques cost, $2,000 is a  modest appraisal. I'm going to take some pictures of it and send them to Antiques Roadshow for a better appraisal. That is a fun show to watch and many people get amazing results from the appraisers they use. I'm sure the Tiffany glass lamp is worth more.

This lamp has been in the family for generations. It probably won't go to me when my mother passes because I have cats and dogs, and you can be sure that the lamp will be in jeopardy of hitting the floor eventually. Mom has it insured, which is a good thing. My sister will probably inherit that particular lamp because she has no pets and she has always been so fond of it.
