stained glass, tiffany glass
When I got married, one of the gifts I received was the most beautiful stained glass panel a dear friend had made.  It was a waterfall, and the colors were overall purple. It was rather large, and I hung it in an upstairs bathroom window.  Additionally, I selected wallpaper with the same purples for the room, and when you walked into that bath, it felt like you had stepped into a magazine.

Since then, I have moved, and unfortunately, I do not have a place for the stained glass piece.  I keep hoping one of my children will be able to use it; but, if not, I"m sure of my grandchildren will.  Luckily, my friend had also given me several other much smaller pieces through the years.  I have those up, and I have enjoyed them immensely.

I also have a Tiffany glass "want-to-be" lamp in the living room.  It is lovely and goes well with the stained glass clock on my mantel.  Sometimes during the winter, I cut on my fireplace, cut on the Tiffany glass look-alike and light up the clock, and it is so peaceful...so stunning...I am home.
