stained glass, stained glass panelWhen I visited my mother and father in Britain a few weeks ago I admired a new stained glass panel they have in their home. It looks truly magnificent and to be honest I felt ever so slightly envious. Right now there is no stained glass in my home. However we have some work to do on the upstairs portion of our house and I am considering purchasing stained glass at some point in the future. What I would really like is a stained glass panel for our front door. A stained glass panel in our front door would create some magnificent colors in the upstairs living room because the front of our house gets quite a lot of sunlight. When we do get the stained glass panel we will have to put it in the upper portion of the front door. My husband and I have three grandchildren living at home with us and the youngest two are rather rambunctious boys.  If the stained glass is out of their reach in the upper portion of the front door it should reduce or perhaps even eliminate the chance of a mishap occurring.
