Since the summer months are gone, and winter is upon us, I decided to add a little something extra to my front yard.  Living in a gated community, the cluster homes do not have much of a yard.  However, there is enough to do a little decorating in.  Everyone here wants to enhance there space, and I decided to add a couple of garden lights made of decorative glass to the front area around the little tree.  These will give color the smiling frog already there, and it will also add some extra lighting.

I have already added a beautiful stained glass panel to the front bedroom window facing the street.  I am also considering adding some opalescent glass to the garage door windows.  When you are in a close community, you certainly do not want to draw unwanted attention to your home; but, the beauty of stained glass, and the other enhancements should be a welcome addition to my home.  As long as you stay in compliance with the Home Owners' Association, everything should be fine.
